OUTDOOR & ADVENTUROUS ACTIVITIES (OAA) SUPPORT DAY
This course will provide a deeper insight in how to use OAA to deliver high quality PE. The day will go beyond resource content delivery to allow delegates to gain a deeper understanding of how to deliver OAA effectively as part of the Primary PE curriculum.

COURSE CONTENT
The course will look deeper at how to develop skills within OAA, including;
· introduction to a range of practical examples of school-based resources / activities
· how your school site can make a major contribution to delivering high-quality OAA experiences to pupils,
· how OAA involves communication, teamwork and problem-solving, as well as competition
· how OAA is inclusive, creating opportunities for all pupils to participate and experience success, and can be successfully adapted to meet the needs of SEND pupils. It can also appeal to pupils who are difficult to engage in traditional school sports
